I’ve spent the last 15 years learning everything there is to know about the merchant services industry—from interchange rates and processing programs to terminals and POS systems. With this knowledge, I’ve spent a year as a Merchant Services ISO advisor working with start-up ISO’s or existing ISO’s. I’ve also spent two years as an outside sales representative, two years as a relationship manager, and have been the National Director of Sales for PCBancard for 10 years. I have a passion for helping new and existing sales partners succeed in this industry, and educating merchants on how they can fight back against ever-rising processing fees. I have an amazing wife and two incredible children and I live in Pendleton, Indiana. I guess you could say I’m living the dream!
